Unsere neue FOOD GRADEProduktlinie erfüllt sowohl die europäische
Verordnung EG 1935/2004 als auch die amerikanische FDARichtlinie. Als
Voraussetzung haben alle Komponenten der JACOBProduktlinie in der Aus
führung Edelstahl mindestens die Stahlqualität 1.4301. Das gilt bis zu den
kleinsten produktberührenden Einzelkomponenten, wie Schrauben, Wellen,
Leisten, Abdeckbleche oder andere Kleinteile, die in den einzelnen Rohr
systemkomponenten verbaut werden. Produktberührende Komponenten aus
anderen Materialien wie zum Beispiel Dichtungen, Dichtringe und Profil
schnüre aus Silikonkautschuk oder Manschetten aus Polyurethan (PU) erfül
len ebenfalls die zweifache Konformität.

Our new FOOD GRADE range of products complies with both the European
EC 1935/2004 regulations and the American FDA guidelines. As a basic pro
vision, all of the components in the stainlesssteel range of JACOB products
have a minimum steel grade of at least 1.4301. This applies down to the
smallest components that come into contact with the product, including
screws, shafts, profiles, cover plates or other small parts that are built into
the various pipe system components. Twofold compliance is also ensured for
foodcontact components made of other materials, such as gaskets, ring seals
and profile cords made of silicone rubber, or collars made of polyurethane
(PU).

Notre nouvelle gamme de produits FOOD GRADE répond aussi bien aux
exigences du règlement européen CE 1935/2004 qu’à la directive américaine
FDA. Pour obtenir cette conformité, tous les composants en acier inox de la
gamme de produits JACOB ont au minimum la qualité d’acier 1.4301. Cela
s’applique également aux composants les plus petits qui entrent en contact
avec le produit tels les vis, arbres, barres, tôles de protection ou autre petites
pièces qui sont montées dans les différents composants du système de tuyau
terie. Les composants en contact avec le produit et faits de matériaux diffé
rents comme par ex. les joints d’étanchéité, les bagues d’étanchéité et les
cordons profilés en caoutchouc silicone ou les manchettes en polyuréthane
(PU) sont également conformes aux deux normes.
