Pulverbeschichtung ist bei JACOB auf Kundenwunsch aus dem breiten Spek
trum der RALFarbskala möglich. Dabei werden die Produkte zuerst in unserer
Standardfarbe RAL 7032 beschichtet und anschließend mit der von Ihnen
gewünschten Sonderfarbe ein zweites Mal gepulvert. Dadurch erreichen wir
eine Schichtstärke von mindestens 80 μm. RAL Farbtöne können auf
Kundenwunsch und volumenabhängig auch in einer ableitfähigen Version
verarbeitet werden.
Zusätzlich bieten wir Ihnen auf Anfrage weitere Leistungsmerkmale an. Dazu
gehören zum Beispiel eine sprühnebelfreie Innenbeschichtung, Bördelrand
maskierung, um die elektrostatische Ableitfähigkeit zu sichern, genauso wie
UVResistenz oder Hochglanzeffekte. Auch die Nasslackbeschichtung bieten
wir alternativ zur Pulverbeschichtung auf Wunsch an.
JACOB can provide powder coatings in any colour from the wide RAL spec
trum on request. In this case, the products are first coated with our standard
RAL 7032 powder coating and then powder coated again in the colour of
your choice. A total coating thickness of at least 80 μm is achieved. The RAL
colours can be provided as electrostatically conductive coatings on request,
depending on the quantities involved.
We also offer further special features on request. These include, for example,
lip flange masking to achieve an inner coating that is free from spray mist,
thus ensuring good electrostatic conductivity. UV resistance or highgloss
effects are further options. Also, liquid paint coatings can be provided as
an alternative to powder coating, if required.

produits obtiennent tout d’abord un revêtement
par pulvérisation dans notre couleur standard
RAL 7032 puis ils reçoivent un deuxième
